What is necessary when accepting construction workers with specific skills?
The following two points are required.

In order for a construction company wishing to accept foreign workers with specified skills to do so, it must be a regular member or supporting member of one of the organizations of the Japan Construction Skills Human Resources Organization (JAC), which is the implementing body for accepting foreign workers with specified skills.

What is necessary when accepting foreign workers with specific skills in the manufacturing industry?

Membership in the Manufacturing Industry Specified Skilled Worker Acceptance Council is required.
“Manufacturing Industry Specific Skills Acceptance Council”
In order to become a specified skills employing organization in the manufacturing sector, the business establishment where the Type 1 specified skills foreign worker is employed must be in the target occupation within the manufacturing sector.
The industries covered are clearly defined in the Japan Standard Industrial Classification, and eligibility is determined based on whether each establishment has generated shipments of manufactured goods related to that classification within the past year.
